Magnetic Levitation Bearingless BPS-4000

Better pump for Better Yields !

The BPS-4000 pump system is an innovative centrifugal pump that does not use consumable bearings or seals. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the pump's impeller floats non-contact within a sealed pump casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. Both the impeller and the pump casing are made of high-purity fluororesin with excellent chemical resistance. These, along with the rotor magnets, constitute the pump head. The rotor speed is electronically controlled, allowing for precise control of fluid pressure and flow rate without pulsation. This pump has two types of basic systems. The standalone type includes a control panel that allows manual speed setting on the controller, eliminating the need for a PLC to set the speed via an analog signal. The expanded type has a built-in PLC interface, allowing speed to be set by external signals, or enabling precise flow or pressure control using flow or pressure sensors. For more details, please contact us.

Magnetic Levitation Pump System 'PuraLev i100SU'

Innovative magnetic levitation pump system! Supports high cell survival rates with low shear design!

The "PuraLev i100SU (Single Use)" is a groundbreaking pump series that does not have bearings that may wear out and does not use shaft seals that could leak. Based on the principle of magnetic levitation, the pump's impeller floats non-contact within a sealed casing and is driven by the rotating magnetic field of the motor. By adopting magnetic bearings instead of mechanical ones and designing an independent pump head, the risk of contamination is significantly reduced. Additionally, the space between the impeller and casing is not narrow, and due to the low shear pump design, it can gently transfer delicate liquids. 【Features】 ■ Low shear characteristics ■ Reduced contamination risk due to self-contained magnetic bearings ■ Pump that does not generate particulates ■ Does not create excessive pressure situations compared to roller pumps ■ The non-narrow gap between the impeller and casing does not trap bacteria *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download.

Magnetic Levitation Bearingless Pump "BPS-2000H"

Better Pumps for Better Yields !

The BPS-2000H.S is a magnetic levitation bearingless pump system that can handle high-temperature chemical liquids up to 180°C. By not using wear-prone bearings or seals that can cause liquid leakage, it significantly reduces particle generation and maintenance frequency. The impeller floats non-contact within a sealed pump casing and is driven by rotating the motor's magnetic field. The impeller and pump casing are made of high-purity fluororesin (PFA), which has excellent chemical resistance, allowing it to be used with harsh chemicals such as high-temperature sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. To accommodate the transfer of high-temperature chemicals, the motor is equipped with a standard water cooling mechanism, enabling stable operation while suppressing the temperature rise of electronic components. It features control functions that allow for high-precision and high-speed control of the rotation speed. By combining flow sensors and pressure sensors, it achieves feedback control of flow rate or pressure, enabling stable flow and pressure control. There are two types available: a standalone type that allows for setting the rotation speed from an operation panel, and an expanded type equipped with PLC and USB interfaces. Depending on the application, it can be integrated into advanced automatic control or equipment monitoring systems.

Magnetic Levitation Bearingless Pump PuraLev-i600SU

Better Pumps for Better Yields !

The PuraLev i600SU is a single-use magnetic levitation bearingless pump system developed for bioprocess and pharmaceutical processes. Its integrated design of the motor and controller reduces wiring labor and achieves space-saving. Thanks to magnetic levitation technology, the impeller rotates without contact, eliminating the need for bearings and seals, which significantly reduces particle generation and contamination risks. It uses gamma-ray sterilizable polypropylene (PP) with biocompatibility, complying with various standards and certifications. The design minimizes the load on fluids, contributing to the maintenance of quality for shear-sensitive liquids such as cells and culture media. Additionally, it features a structure that minimizes the retention of bacteria and contaminants, enhancing hygiene. The bayonet-style socket allows for easy replacement. A gamma-ray sterilized pump head is also available, making it suitable for single-use processes. By combining flow sensors and pressure sensors, feedback control is achieved, enabling stable flow and pressure control. Furthermore, by connecting to a multi-pump system, multiple pumps can be networked for efficient control and monitoring.
